100% organic. The Junsalm is an idyllic mountain pasture and extends from the Tux mill all the way up to the “Toten Boeden” below the Junssee lake and to Junsjoch. The high pasture is called “Stoankasern”, where you can find the only . One can also find the only mountain cheese dairy in the Tuxertal valley. Approximately 120 cows and 90 young cattle graze on the lush meadows from early June to the end of September. Wonderful cheeses and mountain butter are produced daily from up to 2000 litres best alpine milk.
